Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Within Bengaluru city: 2–4 business days.

  • Within Karnataka (outside Bengaluru): 3–6 business days.

  • Other states in India: 5–9 business days.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier partner performance, customer location, and unforeseen events.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and courier partner rates.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a specified order value (as displayed on the store).

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp to monitor delivery status.

Risk & Responsibility

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or events outside our control.

Non‑Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If a shipment is undelivered due to incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.

  • In such cases, forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund issued.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be announced once available.
