Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will validate the request.
- Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
- After inspection, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
