Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at virankids.in@gmail.com with your order details.
• Our team will validate the request.
• Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup.
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

• An unboxing video showing the sealed package must be shared via WhatsApp at +91 7204521585 for return approval.
• Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

• After inspection, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Bank or card processing times may vary.
